Delivery

Delivery is via Royal Mail first or second class to UK postcodes only.

We offer free hand delivery to a number of select UK postcodes in the Kent region. This is by arrangement only and not guaranteed. Where we are not able to fulfil this, you will be given the option of delivery via standard means of Royal Mail.

I’m afraid we are currently not shipping overseas due to customs/ tax issues. If you are from outside the UK and very keen to purchase from us- please do email us- the more interest we get the more likely we are to update this base don demand, and we may be able to make some concessions for individuals.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us here at Considered Country Cosy. We want you to be really happy with your purchase, so if you are not or there are any issues with your package, please do let us know as soon as possible, we are here to help.

You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Contact us using our contact page or email hello@consideredcountrycosy.co.uk with your order number, and we can advise of how and where to return your item.

You should expect to receive your refund or exchanged item within 14 days of the item being returned to us. We will refund the initial postage and packaging cost to you but the cost of returned shipping is the reposnsibility of the individual returning the item.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If an item arrives damaged or broken, please send an image of the item to hello@consideredcountrycosy.co.uk within 48hrs of receipt and a refund or replacement will be sent over as per our terms and conditions.

Packaging

We endeavour to source the most environmentally sound packaging where possible whilst ensuring the safe delivery of your purchases. We used FSC certified cardboard and all packaging is fully recyclable and plastic free where ever possible.
