The content made available to you on this website remains the property of Considered  Country Cosy. All such rights are reserved.

You are able to store, print and display content solely for your own personal use.  You are not permitted to copy, publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content which has either been supplied to you or which appears on this website, and, you are not permitted to use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise without prior consent from us.

User Registration

If you register for an account with us, please ensure you keep you password secure, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and Considered Country Cosy takes no responsibility if your account is hacked.  Please see our separate privacy policy for how we handle your details.

Whilst having an account can speed up your checkout process, it is not essential and you can make purchases without an account.

Products

All our products are sourced from third party companies within the British Isles.  We do not manufacture these goods ourselves and take no responsibility for any faults in manufacturing. We take no responsibility for the services and processes carried out by other companies, those not operated by or controlled by Considered Country Cosy.  We provide you with information about the manufacturers/ third party companies, if you require more information about them it is your responsibility to source that information directly from the company.  All products are subject to availability  and we cannot guarantee that items are in stock- we will make reasonable efforts to identify those which are out of stock.

We may display, include or make available third party content ( including information and products/ service) or provide links to third party websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Considered Country Cosy shall not be responsible for any third party services/information/products including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, quality, copyright compliance or other aspect thereof.  Considered Country Cosy does not assume or shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any third party services or products. Links to third party services/ products are provided as a convenience to you and you access them at your own risk and subject to such third parties terms and conditions.

We manage our stock levels online- in the unfortunate event that an item is out of stock we will contact you  to make you aware.  You will then have the choice of  waiting for more to stock to be available, a full refund or purchasing another item.

We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason and all product prices are subject to change.

Due to the unique nature of our goods,  all our products are subject to variation from the images shown. 

Purchases and payments

We accept the following payment types:

Card using Stripe to process your payment

All payments shall be in GBP.

We reserve the right to refuse any order through the website.  We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that , in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Lost or stolen packages

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive.  If you believe your parcel has been lost, then please email hello@consideredcountrycosy.co.uk, and we will investigate what has gone wrong.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged packages

If you have received your parcel and it is damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  We handle these on a case by case basis. Please contact us at hello@consideredcountrycosy.co.uk to discuss this.  Be aware you will need to provide photographic evidence for any claim to be made.

Promotional Policy

From time to time we will offer customers promotions including discounts, bundles or free delivery for orders over £90.  All promotions are limited to one use per basket.

Review and comments

We are a small single person run business.  We try our hardest to provide high quality products and a personal feel to the way we conduct our business. We put every effort into ensuring you received your goods packaged and prepared by us with every care taken for its safe delivery to you. You are able to leave reviews on our products and service to you- if you have an issue we request you approach us first to try to resolve this for you  and try to make you happy.

If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue or just malicious we reserve the right to remove it.

Updates to our website

Considered Country Cosy may from time to time provide enhancements and / or improvements to the features and functionality of the website.  You agree that Considered Country Cosy has no obligation to a) provide any updates b) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/ or functionalities of the website to you.
